Possible lineup for Black Stars against Angola in AFCON qualifiers

Otto Addo, the head coach of the Black Stars, will select the top players for Ghana’s crucial 2025 AFCON qualifier against Angola in Luanda. The team will be missing 8 important players who withdrew from the squad for different reasons. Therefore, the lineup for today’s game on November 15, 2024 may feature some new faces, particularly in defense.

Otto Addo might choose to organize his team in a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Lawrence Ati-Zigi in goal and a defensive line consisting of Alidu Seidu at right back, Terry Yegbe and Nathaniel Adjei as the center back duo, and Gideon Mensah at left back.

Ibrahim Sulemana and Elisha Owusu could be the central midfield pairing, while Fatawu Issahaku and Ernest Nuamah may be deployed on the flanks.

Mohammed Kudus is likely to operate in a playmaking role behind Jordan Ayew, who will spearhead the attacking line.

The game is set to kick off at 19:00 GMT. Below is the anticipated lineup:

– Lawrence Ati-Zigi
– Alidu Seidu
– Terry Yegbe
– Nathaniel Adjei
– Gideon Mensah
– Ibrahim Sulemana
– Elisha Owusu
– Fatawu Issahaku
– Mohammed Kudus
– Ernest Nuamah
